Alisha is a deeply anti-nihilisit person, lover of soirées, and the founder of Casa de Tilda.

Our work is rooted in Alisha’s deep belief that the most powerful transformations happen in intimate spaces. This philosophy is informed by over a decade of work exploring human connection, public health, and narrative.

An NYU Gallatin School graduate and Stanford researcher, Alisha designed a concentration at the intersection of public health, ethics, and the history of science and technology. Her core focus has been on the modern loneliness epidemic and the role of digital tools in facilitating connection.

In the days before the pandemic, she joined Gatheround, a video platform designed to foster meaningful human connection. She still remains surprised by the serendipitous timing. As the first business hire, she helped shape the business and drive the company through to its acquisition in the fall of 2024.

Now, she brings those skills to the Real World where she’ll collaborate closely with you to gather your people.

Karan is a chronic outfit repeater, coffee snob, and an experience designer at Casa de Tilda.

Since the age of nine, Karan has worked in the entertainment industry as an actor, director, and producer. His experiences range from working for top film studios and major television networks to collaborating with emerging creatives making their mark on Hollywood. Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge on how to navigate the intersection of creativity and commerce seamlessly - all while championing stories he believes in.

Behind the scenes, Karan serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Cameron Boyce Foundation, a nonprofit founded after the passing of his best friend Cameron to S.U.D.E.P. (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) in 2019. At TCBF, he works with the team to spearhead projects that align with the organization’s mission and vision.

This work has proven to be impactful and transformative in ways he never anticipated.

Now, as a member of Casa de Tilda, Karan channels his experience in the arts and philanthropy into helping nonprofit organizations mobilize their communities by crafting unique experiences through story.
